TcrGamma Rearrangements Molecular Kit

The TCRgamma gene is a preferential target for the analysis of T cloning because rearrangement occurs early in lymphoid T development, probably just after TCRdelta, in both TCRgd and TCRab precursors.

This kit allows detection of clonality in T-originating lymphoproliferative processes, using the amplification of rearranged VJ segments of the TCRgamma gene. Given the diversity of these TCR gene sequences, multiple primers, directed at the conserved regions flanking the V and J segments, are used in order to detect the largest possible number of clonal rearrangements.
